A racing town. Project cars in garages, trucks in driveways, people who know what film is.
Why Milan cars come in.
Milan is one of the few towns around here where people arrive already knowing what they want. Between the dragway crowd and the project car builds, the questions we get are about film series and heat rejection numbers rather than 'how dark can I go.' That is a good conversation and we would rather have it than not.
If you are building something, tell us what the plan is. Whether a car is going to see a track day, get stored for winter, or sit outside changes the recommendation.
Cars come to the shop at 2200 S Industrial Hwy, Suite D, Ann Arbor. We are not a mobile service.
A twenty minutes south on US-23 is too far to drive back and check.
So you don't. Every car gets a private tracking link the moment it is checked in. Stage, timestamp, photos from the bay, and a text when it is done. On tint jobs there is a live cure countdown so you know exactly when the windows can go down.
Milan is in Michigan, so the same rules apply.
Front doors and windshield: a strip along the top only. Everything behind the driver: as dark as you want. There is a medical exemption route for front glass.
We check your car before we cut. If you have been told something different by somebody else, ask us and we will show you where the line is.
Do you deal with project cars and non-standard glass?
Tell us the car and the glass. Odd shapes, aftermarket glass and vented windows all change the cut and the time, and we would rather know before you drive up from Milan.
Is it a long drive?
About twenty minutes straight up US-23.
