Ceramic
Coating

A coating locks in whatever the paint looks like on the day it goes on. So the work that matters happens before the bottle is opened.

Coating swirled paint
just seals the swirls in.

That is the whole thing. A ceramic coating is a hard, clear layer that bonds to the clear coat. It makes the car easier to wash, it holds gloss, and it takes the sting out of Michigan winters. What it does not do is fix anything underneath it.

So we look at the paint first and tell you honestly what a correction would and would not achieve on your car. On thin or older clear coat the right answer is sometimes less correction, not more, and we will say so before you pay for anything.

C Straight answers
01

It is not scratch proof

Anyone who tells you a coating makes paint bulletproof is selling you something. It resists chemical etching and makes washing far easier. A shopping cart still wins.

02

It has to cure

The car needs to stay dry for a set window after application. We will tell you exactly how long yours needs, and your tracking page counts it for you.

03

Winter is the real test

Road brine is the reason most Michigan cars look tired by March. A coated car sheds it far more easily, which matters more here than gloss does.

04

Maintenance still matters

A coating changes how you wash a car, it does not remove the need to. We will show you what to do and what to keep away from it.
