Most of what makes a Michigan car look tired is not sitting on top of the paint, it is bonded into it. Winter road brine, iron from brake dust, tar off US-23, tree sap that has been baking since July. Soap does not touch any of it.
Decontamination is the step that does, and it is the step that gets skipped when somebody is selling a cheap package. Everything after it, correction and protection, only works properly on paint that is genuinely clean first.
Paint, glass, wheels
A proper hand wash, then decontamination to pull out what is bonded in. From there we look at the paint and tell you honestly what correction would and would not achieve. On older or thin clear coat, the right answer is often less, not more.
Seats, carpet, everything else
Extraction on fabric, proper treatment on leather, and the parts nobody photographs: door pockets, seat rails, the third row, the trunk. If there is a smell, we deal with where it is coming from rather than covering it.
